I interviewed 8 local services, 3 national services before making my selection for Payroll Service. Cirrus was only at (88) 5 star reviews then, but I was not easily convinced, I know how SEO works. But I checked all references provided from other companies and Cirrus Payroll. I messaged the Reviewers and got many responses, all favorable. The no. 1 complaint I heard with other services was the poor customer service, the no. 1 compliment that was paid to Cirrus was their Customer Service!! I was trying to avoid a headache I did not need another. But it was Tyler’s personal touch that sold me. But then ... then they truly amazed me. Christina Hageny is a freaking Rock Star!! Enormous patience in walking us through the setup process, and even better service when up & running. I asked for a projection just today of adding additional personnel to payroll. Had a response with completed estimate within 5 minutes. All I can say is that I wish I had done this YEARS ago, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

I just love the new web based payroll program from Cirrus and easy report generation! Makes payroll a breeze! At first, when I had "User" errors, Christina as always, was very quick to reply to an email or patiently walk me through like I'm the only customer they have. No hesitation to recommend Cirrus.

I'm not even sure where to begin because there are so many positives! When our company first reached out to Cirrus we were so surprised to get a personal call from the Founder and President Tyler. Not only that but he had done research on our company prior to calling. It may seem expected by some, but that is definitely what won over my Boss on making the switch as well as Cirrus being a fellow Tulsa based company. We switched from our paychex nightmare, and the transition was so smooth. Christina made it so easy and did as much of the work for me as possible and was patient with me when I had some struggles on my end.
